Timelines

Preparation: 24–48 business hours

Delivery: 1–5 business days depending on destination

Packaging & Storage

All our products are vacuum-sealed to ensure their freshness and quality during transport. We use refrigerant gel packs to maintain an optimal temperature.

Upon receipt: Immediately store your products in the refrigerator. Refer to the specific storage instructions for each product.

Freezing: Most of our products can be frozen for extended storage. Check the product pages for more details.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery area. You will see the exact amount during the checkout process.

Tracking & Insurance

A tracking number is provided by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package in real time.

Claims: In case of a damaged package or non-compliant product, send us a photo and your order number to support@africanflavors.com within 24 hours of receipt.
